Medical Appeal Tribunal Adjudication of disputes & claims between insured person & the ESI Corporation / Medical Board.
Employees Insurance Court Adjudication of disputes & claims between insured person & the ESI Corporation / Medical Board.
Standing Committee To administer the affairs of the Corporation and exercise its powersTo administer the ESI Fund and the Provident fund of the Corporation

Inspector To enforce the provisions of the SchemeFor the purpose of ascertaining compliance with the Act, inspectors can
(a) require furnishing of information
(b) enter any office/establishment/factory at a reasonable time and examine documents
(c) Examine any employee or official
(d) Make copies
